It depends on the type of trip we are planning together.

• No-fee bookings: We do not charge a fee to book pre-planned tours, cruises, or packages through our preferred vendors.

• Custom planning & flights: Because of the detailed research and logisitcs involved, we may charge a fee for custom-built itineraries (FIT) and standalone flight ticketing. FIT fees may be anywhere from 5-20% of the total trip cost depending on the complexity of the travel.

• Consultation fee: Depending on the complexity of your request, we may require up to a $100 upfront consultation fee to begin the planning process. This is assessed at our agency's discretion before we start researching.

This fee allows us to dedicate undivided attention to your itinerary. Instead of just pulling a package off a shelf, we spend hours custom-building your trip from scratch—matching you with the right hotels, securing VIP perks, and mapping out the absolute best flight routes. It ensures that by the time you leave, your trip is seamless, and you have a dedicated professional in your corner the entire time you are away.
